“Twilight” actress Nikki Reed recently celebrated her 24th birthday in Las Vegas, but don’t worry she didn’t give into Sin City by chowing down on meat. She stuck to her veganism and enjoyed plenty of vegan treats.

While enjoying time with friends, family and her husband, “American Idol” alum Paul McDonald, at The Cosmopolitan’s Marquee Dayclub, Reed munched on summer salads and veggie sushi rolls.

She also gave in to her sweet tooth when her birthday cake appeared. The vegan chocolate cake was made by Red Velvet Café, a local Vegas bakery which provides delicacies made from organic and healthy ingredients.

Reed seemed to have a good time, as you can see from her tweet, “Had the best bday weekend ever with @thePaulMcDonald @alexavega my brother and all our friends! Thx @marqueelv … http://say.ly/gkG3meP.”

Sounds like a great birthday celebration. Happy belated birthday Nikki!
