Thousands of dog lovers, including Cesar Millan, will walk in the largest pack walk ever on September 29, 2012.

The second-annual Family Pack Walk, also known as the Million Paw March, will be the culmination of pack walks across the country during the week of September 24-30. The 1.5 mile walk promotes the Cesar Millan Foundation, which champions rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing abused and neglected animals.

About the event, Milan says “I want to invite all animal lovers to join me in supporting the The National Pack Walk on September 29th in Washington D.C. A million paws walking together will bring attention to the plight of shelter dogs. All donations from the walk support the Cesar Millan Foundation, which promotes animal welfare by funding humane education initiatives, adoption programs, and rescuing animals in crisis. This community walk will save the lives of animals everywhere. And that is something to bark about.”

Sounds like a fun event for a great cause. Sign up for the event here.
