Alicia Silverstone isn’t just well-liked for her movies and television stints. She is also popular for her 2009 plant-based lifestyle book “The Kind Diet.” If you’re a fan of her first published work, then get excited because she is currently working on two brand new books.

Today, Silverstone announced the upcoming project on her website, The Kind Life, where she posts daily tips and blurbs about living healthy and sustainably.

The first book is titled “The Kind Mama.” If you don’t know, she is a dedicated mother to her son Bear Blu and feeds him a plant based diet.

Here’s what Silverstone says about her book: “I want to give women an easy-to-follow resource that’s as inspiring as it is informative. I want women to know that they have the power to not only have an amazing pregnancy without anxiety and discomfort, but also to feel beautiful while doing it.

“[It] will cover fertility, pregnancy, and post-pregnancy. In other words, it will help you get knocked up, have a goddess pregnancy and birth, and grow the healthiest, happiest child!”

The mommy-to-be book will also include valuable tips from doctors, friends, women and Silverstone’s own pregnancy and motherhood journey. There will even be a section for “kind-dads-to-be.”

Her second book, “The Kind Diet Cookbook,” is a companion to her first that offers “easy, delicious recipes your whole family can love!”

Sounds like she will be one busy mama!

Expect “The Kind Mama” out by 2014, with her healthy cookbook following sometime later. Be sure to check her website for updates and other news on her publishing journey.
