Last week Fran Drescher gave us all a thrill when she announced she had gone vegan (and gluten free) for her health. Thankfully, because of her organization Cancer Shmancer and her mission to keep people healthy, we get to eat exactly what she’s eating, and even have her teach us to make it.
Last night “The Nanny” star shared a super simple hummus recipe (bonus points for her love of organic ingredients) for those who want a snack to keep in the fridge, or something to serve to guests. With only four ingredients, no one can say that being vegan isn’t easy/tasty.
