If you’re still wishing Sarah Silverman was f****** Matt Damon, don’t fret. Her new profanity laced short video on voter IDs is just as funny and holds an important message.

According to Silverman (and a whole lot of other smart people), new laws that require voters to show only specific forms of photo IDs at the polls will stop huge groups of voters from taking advantage of their civil right. Which groups? Black people, the elderly, students and poor people.

Types of ID that will NOT be accepted in a whole bunch of states? Veterans IDs, student IDs and social security cards. 21 million people in the USA do not have a driver’s¬†license, the ID that most easily fits all the required categories. The ID that is accepted: a (f******) gun license.

See Sarah’s video below, and if you don’t have a “valid” ID for election day, go out and get one.
