Miley Cyrus is one of Hollywood’s biggest shelter animal advocates. But she doesn’t stop at just speaking up for the homeless critters. She has quite the habit of adopting them herself, and then tweeting about them.

This time, Cyrus brought home a pup from Saving SPOT! Rescue. The dog, originally named Rosie was just renamed Penny Lane by the singer.

She tweeted, “just rescued baby “Rosie” from @spotrescuedogs ? another angel saved”. Cyrus also reached out to PETA to tell them about her latest addition. She wrote, “@peta thought you’d enjoy a photo of the newest rescue addition to the Cyrus fam from @SpotRescueDogs SHE IS SO CUTE”.

In the midst of a flurry of tweets with pictures of the new pup, Cyrus posted this one to show just how small Penny Lane is, especially compared to her other pooches.

Whether it’s adopting a pup for her fiancé, Liam, or rescuing an abandoned dog outside of Walmart, Miley has proven time and time again that she’s devoted to helping animals without a home. And considering her fans and her over 10 million followers, we’re sure she’s inspired others to bring home a rescue as well.
