Want to feel and look young when you’re 71? Paul McCartney has some tips for you. The Beatle speculated that the reason he’s looking so great can be attributed to his flesh-free diet and active love life.

McCartney told VH1 radio, “I do do a bit of exercise but it’s not like heavy work out. I’m vegetarian, I don’t know, that might have something to do with it. So I feel pretty good in myself, I really don’t know if that’s to do with it.”

The singer continued, “I have romance in my life, I think that’s a lot to do with it. That’s a good thing, a good woman. I feel really good. I feel very fit. I don’t know why particularly, but I just do.”

McCartney also went on to say that he thinks a lot of guys like Quincy Jones and B.B. King, who are older than he is, stay young through their love of music.

Of course, it’s probably a combination of them all, but we know from experience that a veg diet keeps people looking young. Jared Leto, Michelle Pfeiffer and Bill Clinton all agree.

Hampton Creek races to be the first to sell lab meat

I certainly hope that Hampton Creek doesn’t label their petri-dish concoction “just meat,” because there’s nothing just about it.

Why fight climate change when you can create heat-resistant cows?

We don’t need heat-resistant animals, we need veganism.
