The current article you are reading does not reflect the views of the current editors and contributors of the new Ecorazzi

James Cameron did a pretty decent job recreating the Titanic in all of her glory for the 1997 blockbuster of the same name, but there’s nothing like seeing original photos of the great vessel colorized with today’s technology.

Russian photo editing pro Anton Logvynenko took old photographs of the ship in various stages of development and added color to them for his project Titanic in Color.

Also on Ecorazzi: Is this the Iceberg that Sank Titanic?

Logvinenko actually launched the project last year to commemorate the 100 anniversary of the ship’s sinking – but his website is currently down. Check out some of the photos below – and visit Retronaut for the rest.

Okja: Worth Watching, but Not For the Reasons You Think

Watch Okja, but don’t expect it to do your vegan advocacy on your behalf, because if you do you’ll likely be disappointed.

Hampton Creek races to be the first to sell lab meat

Why fight climate change when you can create heat-resistant cows?

We don’t need heat-resistant animals, we need veganism.
