The current article you are reading does not reflect the views of the current editors and contributors of the new Ecorazzi

It’s not news that Ke$ha cares about animals. The pop singer is an International Ambassador for the Humane Society and has lent her voice to HSUS campaigns. She has also used her star power to encourage cosmetic companies to stop testing on animals.  Now, her love for animals has come closer to home, as evidenced by her recent tweet:

“new kitty was in a tiny cage for 8 months …. I couldn’t just leave
him!! now he has his own bedroom… just need a name…”

And the pictures of Ke$ha’s new “white lion” are trickling in on her Instagram.

Congrats to the new kitty mama! We love it when celebs adopt!

The world needs more vegans because more than dollars or pledges or sad-emoji riddled posts, our individual efforts can stop the demand for horns, for zoos, for animal flesh, and for the exploitation of any living being.

Criticize veganism, but don’t discredit it

Oppressive and harmful behaviour has no place in a movement rooted in anti-oppression.
