Silverstone’s Book 'Kind Mama' Gives Motherhood a Makeover

Actress, activist and mama Alicia Silverstone, is following up her first book “The Kind Diet” with “Kind Mama: A Simple Guide to Supercharged Fertility, a Radiant Pregnancy, a Sweeter Birth, and a Healthier, More Beautiful Beginning.”

Since announcing her pregnancy on her website The Kind Life back in 2011, Silverstone has shared personal tips and anecdotes about navigating her own  pregnancy and parenting her son, Bear Blu. “Kind Mama” draws upon Silverstone’s experience as well as the expertise of obstetricians, midwives and others to guide moms from conception through the first six months of a child’s life.
