Duke of Cambridge, David Beckham and Yao Ming Appear in Fatherhood PSA

WildAid has created a PSA called “Fatherhood” in which David Beckham, Yao Ming and the Duke formerly known as Prince William ask viewers to avoid rhino horn, ivory and shark fin soup.

The three men are all fathers, and in the PSA, they appeal to other parents. Each emphasizes the idea of creating a better world for children – one in which animals are viewed as sentient beings, not just sources of jewelry or exotic food.

Says Beckham, “I want our children to be able to swim with sharks, not just eat them in a soup.”

It’s great to see these famous dads using their celebrity to educate fans about animal rights. Watch WildAid’s “Fatherhood” PSA below:
