One Green Planet compared this video of a fawn walking up to a hunter and licking his gun to the Flower Power activists of the 60s. The hunters in the video are wildly amused by the intrepid fawn and perhaps a bit touched. One hopes the experience will make them consider that the animals they hunt are more than meat.

Breaks my heart but I’m sure this baby didn’t break their hearts. My brother quit hunting years ago when he was just about to pull the trigger and shoot a grazing deer when it lifted its head and looked him straight in the eyes with an inquisitive look on its face, ‘what are you doing?’. And he put his gun down forever.
