Hollywood’s famous faces are joining forces with President Obama to end sexual assault.

On Tuesday, a new PSA about sexual assault at college universities, the second from the Obama administration’s 1 is 2 Many campaign, was debuted and starred some of Hollywood’s leading men, including Daniel Craig, Benicio del Toro, Steve Carell, Seth Meyers and Dulé Hill. President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden even made cameos to support this incredibly important cause. The last PSA for the campaign featured famous athletes, including Eli Manning, Jeremy Lin and David Beckham.

Biden has demonstrated his passion for ending violence against women for the last two decades, and in a speech on Tuesday, he said,  “College and Universities can no longer turn a blind eye and pretend rape and sexual assault doesn’t occur on their campuses. I understand that the good guys in the report, they may feel like they’re damaging the reputations of their schools, I get it. But it doesn’t matter.”

Biden’s passion for the PSA had him making phone calls to its stars to get them on board. We, as well as the White House Administration, hope this campaign will inspire men everywhere to care about and get involved in ending sexual violence against women everywhere.

Prisons profit from exploiting life and labour

If you’re mourning Sudan the rhino, go vegan

The world needs more vegans because more than dollars or pledges or sad-emoji riddled posts, our individual efforts can stop the demand for horns, for zoos, for animal flesh, and for the exploitation of any living being.

Criticize veganism, but don’t discredit it

Oppressive and harmful behaviour has no place in a movement rooted in anti-oppression.
