Ricky Martin, Puerto Rican pop musician, actor and author, looks just as youthful and vibrant as he did when he was ‘Livin’ la Vida Loca’. The father of two switched to a vegetarian diet a few years ago and tweeted about how wonderful he felt as a meat-free person. Martin was recently asked about the secret to his youthful look, and he credited the people in his life, his work and a vegetarian diet as his anti-aging secrets.

The singer said, “Love, acceptance, friends, two kids that I love and that I have to take care of myself for them,” He continued, “I love what I do. I think that’s important. I’m vegetarian. I just became vegetarian about three years ago. I don’t know if that works.”

His adorable twin sons, Matteo and Valentino, also keep him youthful, and he says that they seem to be musically inclined as well. He said, “My boys are very musical. I wish I had more time to really give them all of the hours they need for the piano lessons but because we’re traveling so much I’m not able to. But they come with me to the sound check every day and they come with me to the studio every day so, yeah, they’re very musical.”

So what’s next for Ricky Martin? Perhaps a jump into veganism? And maybe his beautiful family will soon follow!
