After surprising everyone last week and announcing she’s gone vegan (although since she still wears animal products, she meant plant based), Jennifer Lopez is sharing the details on her diet.

On a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest, the actress and singer opened up about how she she’s feeling after she made the change.

“I’ve got to tell you I enjoy it,” she said. “I enjoy eating that way. I never did. And I didn’t know how good you can feel when you put healthy stuff in your body.”

J.Lo also admitted she went vegan after taking the same 22 day challenge Beyonce and Jay-Z did in 2013, but unlike the music industry royal couple she stuck with it — sort of.

“I did the vegan 22-day plan and it was really good and I kept on with it for a few more weeks,” she explained. “Now I’ve incorporated a little bit of fish here and there.”

Ok, so more of a pescetarian than a than totally plant based. It would have been fantastic if she had gone truly vegan, or even plant based. Thankfully any amount of reduction still saves lives.

She isn’t doing it for ethical reasons. She’s only doing it because she has this fear of growing old. Don’t fool yourselves into thinking this is anything other than vanity on her part.

Vain or not, it still saves animals lives, especially if it inspires others follow in her footsteps.

She doesn’t save animals lives when she buys leather, fur and eats fish etc.. these are animals , better some then none Butthats still not a vegan .What she is pescetarian or vegetarian This story is a waster of time ..When or If she goes vegan let us know. Not that anyone gives a flying crap anyhow We care about the animals anyways

I have no interest in what a fur-wearing “vegan” has to say. Came here only to post this.

Im sick of these celebrities tactics! All Prob for attention! JLO AND JAY-Z ARE JOKES JJJ!.she says she only eats fish but wears animal tested make-up/hygiene products and also Fur from animals that were electrocuted or skinned alive…THAT IS NOT VEGAN. Vegan is more than a diet, its actually caring about life and the animals and see that we eliminate the unnecessary suffering in every aspect . Vegans do not support animal cruelty products or items unlike this selfish fool who doesn’t comprehend the meaning of the word Vegan!

What About Zero Waste?

Going vegan must be at the heart of any environmental discussion.

Why it doesn’t matter if the Impossible burger is healthy

The Impossible burger doesn’t need to be overtly healthy – it just needs to be vegan.
