Chris Martin has turned his back on his vegetarian lifestyle, as the Coldplay lead singer is once again welcoming meat into his everyday diet.

Once named the World’s Sexiest Vegetarian by PETA, the musician recently announced his decision to no longer abstain from meat during a radio interview with Steve Wright on BBC Radio 2.

As he told the host, “I am not really vegetarian. I eat meat. I was vegetarian for a long time but for various reasons I changed.”

For years, the award-winning artist made a name for himself (alongside his former wife Gwyneth Paltrow, who has also been known to dabble in vegetarian and plant based eating) for his healthy lifestyle and diet.

It’s unclear as to when and why he decided to abandon his vegetarian ways, but as Martin also expressed during the interview vegetarianism hasn’t completely escaped his mind. “My daughter [Apple, 10] has been a vegetarian since she was born. I keep getting tempted to go back but I don’t eat too much meat.”

What I would like to say is not about Gwyneth but about the Chris had. I think that having a vegetarian diet when you like meat may not be very easy.

There are so many things to learn and I doubt that an individual could actually learn it all.

Nonetheless, when it comes to weight loss the fact it can be linked to obesity or diabetes, make this subject a very important one. Knowing how to lose weight without going through extremely restrictive diets or unbelievable hard workouts may be beneficial.

I shared some of my thoughts related to this topic on this page: http://9nl.eu/err4

You may also find there a link to a video that taught me about a phenomenon related to weight loss and genders that I was unaware of.

What is the point of following an enslaving diet where you have to completely stop enjoying delicious, healthy and lawful food?
