Mayim Bialik loves to remind her fans how being vegan doesn’t mean a life of deprivation and on Sunday she made sure to share some vegan cheeses to illustrate the point.

“Who says vegans can’t enjoy cheese? This is all vegan artisan cheese. Boom,” she posted on Instagram over the weekend along with a photo of a platter showing five different kinds of cheese.

The actress’ own cookbook, ‘Mayim’s Vegan Table,’ has her recipe for nut-based cheese and features a number of recipes that use the non-dairy products. When the book was released earlier in 2014, she shared with Women’s Health Magazine that she regularly goes to it for a snack.

“I like to make my own cheese that can be eaten with crackers and on pizzas,” she said.

Bialik didn’t share with her fans whether the vegan artisan cheeses she pictured were homemade, store bought or restaurant ordered, though, leaving many to wonder in the comments section.

Mayim, we have to know! Help another vegan out here! Where can we get those cheeses?
