snipshot_1c55ex4hgj.jpgAs we previously discussed, Bono’s Project Red was rumored to be swaying Steve Jobs into the fold with a new exclusive red iPod. Well, brush those rumors aside — the Chicago Tribune snagged a picture of Oprah and Bono trying out the new Red iPod Nanos at a recent Apple Store Event. More than likely, this new campaign will be announced tomorrow on the Oprah Winfrey Show (and it’s my personal guess that every audience member will also receive one). To my knowledge, it’s also the first time Apple has used an iPod product to raise awareness for a great cause. Nice job, um, Jobs!
