ban it!Okay, some of the people listed you may know — like Cheyenne or Mya — but have you ever heard of Ashley Parker Angel or Arielle Kebbel? Regardless, making a statement with clothing is hot this year: We’ve got Bono and Project Red, the ONE Campaign, Eminem is designing shoes, etc.

So, BAN (the deodorant makers) asked a simple question to celebrities: What would you ban if you could? From the article,

“But BAN didn’t just want to hear the answers, they wanted celebs to show the whole world how they feel. So BAN gave the celebrities American Apparel T-shirts and asked each of them to create a design that depicts what they want to ban.”

The results are as expected: You wouldn’t wear most of these shirts to work — much less to the gym. Cheyenne’s shirt design makes us wish Pierce Brosnan had helped her a little. BUT, there are some cool stand-outs. Mya’s “Ban Environmental-Abuse” shirt rocks the house and Kebbel’s “Ban Parking Police” take is amusing. Partcipating celebs include: JoJo, Maggie Grace, Beverly Mitchell, Terri Colombino, Christy Carlson Romano, Mya, Ashley Parker Angel, Danity Kane and Cheyenne.

You can check out — and bid on the shirts here. All proceeds go to the charity of each celeb’s choice.

I HAVE heard of Ashley Parker Angel. He was the guy that used to be in a boy band and then knocked up his girlfriend and then they had a reality show, right?

Yeah, you’re right. And, sadly, I recognize a lot of these names. Cut back on the tv, Christine, cut back…
