Sheryl Crow Shoe Shops For Breast Cancer Research

sheryl_crow300.jpgSheryl Crow’s survival of breast cancer has inspired many, and now she is helping to promote cancer research by appearing in both print and television public service announcements for the 14th Annual QVC Presents “FFANY Shoes on Sale” event.  Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman are also helping to support the event.
 

Existing for over 13 years, the event has sold over a million pairs of shoes and raised $24 million for breast cancer research. This year’s event will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 from 7-10pm (est).  Over 100,000 pairs of designer shoes at half the suggested retail prices which will benefit breast cancer research and education and benefit a variety of worthy organizations.  While QVC may not be your go to destination for shopping, this seems like a worthy cause to pause the remote and check it out.

    Many people have said that Sheryl left Lance in a time when he needed her support. I can not imagine a person as nice as Sheryl just turning her back on a friend in need. Even though Lance and Sheryl did split, the will always have a friendship where they will be there for each other, if not in person but in thoughts and prayers. Sheryl, keep up the movement, be yourself, you are a beautiful person in everything you do. Congrat on your new addition of your son, Wyatt… Your Concert at Merriweather in Columbia was the best!
