Jennifer Aniston Includes Plenty Of Vegan Food At Holiday Party

Jennifer Aniston just got like 4 extra cool points in my book. Seriously!

This weekend, Aniston threw a holiday/housewarming party at her new Beverly Hills mansion for some of her close friends, including veggie-superstars Ellen DeGeneres, Portia De Rossi, Tobey Maguire and his wife, Jennifer Meyer.

Now as many vegetarians and vegans know, the holidays can be a bitch when it comes to eating at parties. See also: GET THAT DEAD TURKEY AWAY FROM ME!!! But Aniston proved to be a classy broad and made sure the catered event included lots of vegan food for her meat-free friends. SCORE!

As somebody who knows what it feels like to attend those holiday parties that are less than veg-friendly, I so appreciate Jennifer’s gesture and am sure that our favorite famous veggies did too! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

The Green Picture: Ellen And Portia’s Vegan Cake Looks Yummy

Ellen DeGeneres has shared some additional intimate photos from her wedding to Portia de Rossi on her website — and we get our first look at the beautiful all-vegan raspberry wedding cake. Said Ellen of this photo, “We had no idea that once you get married you have to eat off of one plate. It also cuts the doing dishes time in half. Being married is great!”

Ellen DeGeneres And Portia de Rossi Get Married…Vegan Style!

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi got hitched this weekend and may we be the first (okay, so probably not really the first) to say CONGRATA-FRIGIN-LATIONS!!

Progressive in everyway, not only did the happy couple help make Hollywood history, but they also represented for all the vegetarians and vegans out there. We weren’t invited, but apparently “after exchanging rings by Neil Lane, the couple and their guests, enjoyed an all-vegan meal prepared by their personal chef David Silberkleit. Sweet Lady Jane created a vegan red velvet cake for the celebration.” HELLS YEAH!!

Here at Ecorazzi we know how much Ellen loves animals, and even though she isn’t a vegetarian quite yet, she certainly supports vegetarian ideas and we think that’s just great.
