Not only were the designers getting dream girl, but they also had the luxury of using eco-friendly fabrics.

Nothing against Project Runway, but it’s not really my kind of show. And so I will rely on the writing styles of blog.cleveland.com to help me explain what happened. Apparently, Suede (be careful, Natalie’s vegan) won the designer challenge “with an intricate, flirty and youthful cocktail dress that got the nod of approval from no less than Natalie Portman, Young Hollywood’s chicest star.”

And by nod she means that Portman thoroughly praised the dress and even said that she could see herself in it…prompting Suede to quickly reply, “”I’d love it if you wore it.” Of course you would!

So big ups to Project Runaway for showcasing eco-friendly fabrics and having such an environmentally aware guest judge! Perhaps this flirtation with sustainability will convince Top Chef to tape that vegan episode I’ve so been dreaming about. Anyone?
