If Donald Trump is looking to fire anyone in the near future maybe it should be his two sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, for killing animals while on an African safari.

The Trump name is being tarnished more and more ever since pictures leaked of Don Jr. and his brother posing with dead animals from a trip last year to Africa. Don Jr. can be seen holding an elephant’s tail (not attached to its body), in addition to he and Eric standing next to a dead crocodile hanging from a tree.

People are not happy. The Twitter world has posted many comments of disgust while PETA spoke directly with E! News about the animalistic acts.

“If the young Trumps are looking for a thrill, perhaps they should consider skydiving, bungee jumping, or even following in their anti-hunting father’s footsteps and taking down competing businesses—not wild animals.”

PETA continued to say, “Like all animals, elephants, buffalo, and crocodiles deserve better than to be killed and hacked apart for two young millionaires’ grisly photo opportunity. If the Trumps want to help villagers, they have plenty of resources at their disposal.”

According to Don Jr. and Eric, who also spoke with E! News, they have great respect for nature. “We are both avid outdoorsmen and were brought up hunting and fishing with our grandfather who taught us that nothing should ever be taken for granted or wasted.

“We have the utmost respect for nature and have always hunted in accordance with local laws and regulations. In addition, all meat was donated to local villagers who were incredibly grateful. We love traveling and being in the woods—at the end of the day, we are outdoorsmen at heart.”

As stated earlier, most Twitterers are not taking this lightly. Here are just a few of the tweets Don Jr. received.

@JZgoneshopping: how’d u like someone to cut off ur “tail”?Posing with and mutilating dead animals is SICK. U want to help feed poor?Donate $

@mumbleslam: does killing a big animal make you feel big, little man? ‘Cause it makes you look small…and weak. #patheticlittleBOY

@alucard197666: I’m not an Eco nut, I disagree with u killing some thing with a family and a life and u killed in for some sick idea of fun.

Don Jr. has been defending his actions by firing back left and right with comments on his Twitter feed.

This is not an event that can be taken lightly, and will probably haunt the Trump men for some time.

Wow your so cool how bout NOT!! I hope one of these animals attack your ass!!! Your father should spend some money and get your asses help..

  • Zeek48

I would be proud to hunt with the Trump family.
They have the right to spend their Money the way they want.
Also they are stimulating the local economy, and feeding local villagers.
Who are we to say how others should spend his or her money?
Safaris are legal, and should be supported by all who can afford to go.
In only wish, I could afford to take my sons on an African Safari.
    God bless the Trumps!!

    • Jmorse

You are such a chop! Why not head out to Africa for a little safari….plenty of South Africans could show you a good time hunting when we let you out the vehicle in some not so great areas and watch you run while some guy chases your arse with a great big panga! And if you dont know what a panga is – google it – you uneducated twit!

  • Searcher5

He’s holding the tail of the elephant, not the truck. Still sucks though. If they want adventure, they can come down to the Texas woods. We’ll run them around for a few days, trying to avoid a bunch of people that want to kick their ass. That should heighten their life a little.

    • Candacepv

yes it’s an elephant tail …

  • Searcher5

    Sorry, trunk.

  • $1909711

This is just as disgusting to me as all those mens’ smiling faces as they display the severed heads of children they’ve murdered.

  • Bfpcats

Well, aren’t they proud of themselves!!! Too bad the animals weren’t armed to make it a fair fight. Just shows you having money doesn’t mean you have a brain or a heart.

  • Anita-glitza

What the fu.. Do this idiots think they are?
I don`t thing they have any brain upstairs.

  • Dpoupart

Money does not make people smarter……

  • Dave Wainwright

    I feel truly sick

    • Lilgto

no words to describe .Just sick

  • Diane

how horrible to kill such a magestic animal…. hope they have him for lunch. I guess ALL the Trump men suck.

  • Lilgto

Real tough guys. They go out with high power weapons and kill the poor animals as they hide behind a tree. Real tough…. I wonder how tough they would be without the weapon.
I will never ever understand why someone would want to take down one of these beautiful animals for the hell of it . Should make your father real proud

  • Leila

I feel like throwing up …. disgusting people

  • Peta, screw you. If they are not endangered species and are legal to kill in Africa leave it alone. I’m suprised you aren’t spending as much time complaining about Deer, Elk, Bear, etc in the USA.

Peta, you’re a bunch of screwballs basicly in the same group as religious cults.
I feel sorry that you have no fullfillment in your life and have to put down others for things in their rights because you personally don’t agree.

    • Fattyolby

    • Barbara

Mikey- why kill for fun? Trophee?

    • African Girl

Hey Mikey, before mouthing off, why not do a bit of research.

As a South African, I’m delighted that these smug rich bastards have been named and shamed. if it weren’t for bored tourists coming over to kill our animals in order to feel like real men, we might have less animals on the endangered species list.

Ever heard of the black rhino? if not, google it quick. it’s for this very reason we’re about to lose it forever.

    • tangledvine

As a PETA member, card carrying and proud of it, Mikey, I have to say: People who talk like you are usually AFRAID. Of what, you say? Of people like us, who have very strong views and who are wholly committed to them. And, who look upon abusers as a disease to be eradicated. And, it/you will be.

      • Cleopatra

I wouldn’t be that proud being a member of PETA they’re number 1 organization that puts down cats and dogs they rescue, more then 90% of the pets die at their hands. do your research and see for yourself. Considering the fact they’re as evil as any guys that kill animals for the heck of it, I wouldn’t be all that happy to be part of their karma.

          • $1909711

Thanks. Interesting thoughts. Also important to keep in mind that was from three years ago and it’s not talking about endangered species, but overpopulated species like dogs and cats. They put six to death a day? That’s nothing compared to many animal shelters. Also, quite unlike hunting, which is becoming purely for sadistic fun and inciting terror in the victim before you end the only existence it will ever have, these animals were euthanized humanely for the purpose of trying to help the overall population. It is impossible to find a home for every single stray, especially since most people do not want old pets with loads of psychological baggage.

          • Kevin

Not sure what hunter would want to incite terror… the point is to kill the target with the first shot. Many hunts are legitimate culls, with a clear purpose. I won’t claim to know about the specifics of the outfit the Trumps used of course.

          • Soully

Not correct. Out of all the cats and dogs PETA takes they put down last I checked, 97% of all. This is more than any rescue organization that I heard of. They put down adoptable pets, and for the wrong reasons. There are no-kill shelters and the no kill nation just grows bigger. It is a matter of prioritizing how to treat pets, There are organizations that are specialized in older dogs and they are giving them a safe place till their last day. There are solutions, it is a matter of a choice we make. As for euthanizing pets may be not a cruel act, but it is an execution and the animal does experience fear and confusion. it is an unpleasant way to go as well. As for these two clowns, they don’t care what the animals feel and if their life worth something, they are there to shoot them and show off that they did.

    • Virgil

I agree with you Mikey. PETA..no action, just the name

    • Dhered1

Mikey, you’ve just shown how ignorant, you and people that think like you, truly are!
      Glad you’re in the minority.

    • AnLover

And what does this disgusting massacre have to do with PETA? You folks love to distract everyone from the horror of what is going on by pointing fingers at Peta, Most civilized people are appalled at the the idea of taking pleasure in killing an elephant, the most intelligent and largest land mammal there remains today, as well as any other innocent creature. They are all entitled to their own lives. Their lives belong to them, just as yours belongs to you. They have families, they nurture and teach their young. They weep tears and mourn the dead They frequently demonstrate greater compassion and more intelligence than most people we know.

    • Maura O’Donoghue

hey Mickey we don’t care what you say either!

    • Mrbuster1964

    • Joan James

I find it very interesting from a psychological point of view and I do have to wonder what kind of human (& I use the term very loosely) finds “fullfillment” in killing living things…???

      • Bigtallman1957

@ riverlady999 you do know that all life feeds off life don’t you, I eat to survive and am aware that I am also potential food. I have hunted and if came down to survival I will again. I will however not hunt for sport or “pleasure” but that’s just me.

    • Jodyzuraitis

Trumps must have paid you for this comment.

    • elephants are on the no kill list so to hold one tail meant they killed it first

  • Mooncatcrazy

There IS no defense for this. You are a couple of pigheaded rich boys looking for a thrill, what’s the matter, viagra not working anymore?

  • tangledvine

To have that kind of wealth and opportunity to do good and, instead, to TAKE life for the “glory” of it….. He has already written his epitaph.

  • Typical rich, spoiled brats. They can do anything.

  • Elaine

Unreal to read some of these posts. I can’t see how you wouldn’t feel sorry for these poor defenseless elephants. Think about how easy they would be to hunt, if anything what thrill does a hunter get out of this? This is slaughter. Sorry Apprentice, i’m turning you off!!

  • Kaz

Bloody disgusting. And its all in the name of fun

  • madmanminer

OK now I’m a little pissed off ! I am a hunter, trapper, and fisherman, and I worked in a meat packing plant.I live in a great country called Canada. My Grand father,Great Uncles, Uncles, and Some Aunts, and Father all fought in a couple little fights called WW1 and/or WW2 ,and Korea maybe you have heard of them ? They fought for freedom. They fought for what a lot of us take for granted. So the way I see it every body has the freedom to do what we would like to do. ( with in the laws of our country’s) If the Trump boy’s want to go do some hunting so be it. No where in this article do I see it said how much had to be paid to the country’s that they hunted in.This money could be used to support the Government coffers. No where does it say that they where part of a heard control project. So many unanswered questions. So what I’m trying to say is PETA you have a place in this world just like the rest of us,but before you go pissing in someones pool remember they might come over and shit in yours.

    • Pamela

@madmanminer and @Mikey. Neither of you have a freaking clue! Fact: An elephant forms part of a close knit family, they mourn the death of infants and other family members. Fact: The African Buffalo will heard together against a pride of lions to protect a heard member that has been ambushed. Neither of you a freaking clue what we as South African (and Africans) go through in order to protect our Wildlife. Fact: A predator isn’t killed and eaten, that is a BULLSHIT story. I don’t know what planet you come from where you would eat a predator. Not even Predators eat other predators…….. I’m a South African, I’m not against hunting, but I am against ruthless killing. We try and instill respect for our animals here, we are proud of our big 5, we respect our wildlife. To see the pieces of shit stand there with their smug smiles and the waste of a valuable life they hold in their hands is disgusting. You hunt an elephant (it’s done, unfortunately it’s not banned) at least have respect for it. One thing about Africa is the blood that runs through the land and it’s people, there’s a very important law to remember, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.

      • Joan James

Pamela, I have wanted to visit South Africa forever, particularly to go on camera safari. I am so sad and so angry about this. This scum doesn’t represent the way the majority of people in the US feel about this kind of hunting. As you can see from reading these comments, most of us are shocked and appalled. So, so sorry!

      • Chris _miner

Pamela, maybe I don.t have a freaking clue.but this story has so many unanswered questions.I am also against ruthless killing or killing “just for the fun of it.” I hunt to feed my family,I trap to support my family,I don’t know how it works in south Africa but here we have bag limits and quotas that I follow as to not break any laws and loose my privileges.I know some do not.In part of Manitoba Canada where I am from we are having a over abundance of wolves and coyotes (predators) that have ether used up there natural food source or become lazy and are now feeding on young sheep and cattle. Was that Leopard doing the same thing? As predators not eating predators I have had Fox’s and Coyotes both killed in my traps that where half or more gone, eaten! By what I don’t know but this has happened with in 12 to 24 hours.May be to some I am talking out of my ass.Like I said or may be the point I was trying to get across is the whole story is not being told here. I am sorry if I afended you that was not my intent.

    • Joan James

Please explain to me, O Mighty Hunter, the sport in being driven to a particular spot where animals congregate, being given hi-tech, hi-powered guns, aiming and shooting? I have friends (not many I admit) who hunt derr, elk, moose, geese, etc…but they eat what they kill and they don’t take revolting pictures of themselves with their victims. Who eats leopard or elephant? The Trumps? I doubt it…I think they prefer chauteaubriand. I had relatives in WW1, WW 2, Korea and Nam…so…? That does not give me a moral license to kill living creature for fun and games.

      • mad man miner

The point I was getting at is my relatives fought for something called freedom ! Something other country’s don’t have ! And until you can tell me that you have been in the out doors and lived of the land enjoying the freedom and privileges that others have given there lives for, do not judge us. As for taking of the pictures, yea some could say they were in bad taste.Have you ever taken a picture of something,of anything ? Why ? You took that picture so you could look at it at a latter time and remember a fond memory. The wall in my den are covered in such pictures,my son’s soccer team, my first car, photos of my wife, yes and some pictures of my family and friends holding dead animals and fish. And for who eats elephant or leopard ? Don’t know, but if I was offered some I would try it, thats a lot of meat to waste!!

  • Bharatbarki84

this idea of hunting is bullshit! it is merely to entertain oneself! trump junior’s justification/explanation is ridiculous and baseless… here is what he says “We have the utmost respect for nature and have always hunted in accordance with local laws and regulations. In addition, all meat was donated to local villagers who were incredibly grateful. We love traveling and being in the woods—at the end of the day, we are outdoorsmen at heart.”

a true hunter kills animals only for self-defense and of-course (sometimes) food… this way he is not disturbing the harmony of nature. by hunting for fun and entertainment the nature’s harmony does get disrupted and the individual involved in that act will pay dearly! there is no way he will escape the wrath of nature.

  • pat gee

not nice humans, pretty sick in the head, to enjoy this sort of so say sport

  • I suppose the idea is to make others think that they are tough men. Doesn’t work for me at all. The opposite in fact. Donald Trump should be ashamed at having brought up such a pair of wimps.

  • Helen Carriere

yea they want excitment walk downtown and help feed the poor might feel like more of a man who knows??

    • $1909711

They can’t go hunting in the ghetto–they’d be the ones shot. Then it’d be a picture of a pleased-as-could-be gang showing the Trump corpses with pride.

  • TheEthicalMan

A message to the entire Trump clan: You’re fired.

  • Reepum

Wow………he shot a cow! How manly!

  • Guest

quit wasting time here and maybe go after Kony that would be something worth biotchin about

  • Sophie

Are they not going to be prosecuted for this crime????

  • Maura O’Donoghue

  • nirvi

    shame, shame, shame …!

  • Bradford

I would think with all the the Trump money & influence their family would do more to save the earth then hunt defenseless animals for sport… not cool!
If junior wants to play with guns he should try joining the military, paint ball, skeet shooting or target practice – not killing the remaining species we have left on earth.

  • Guess they won’t be going naked for PeTA anytime soon…

  • Joan James

Obviously Donald Trump hasn’t raised his atrocious children to respect the world in which they live. I am so grossed out by these nasty, sick, over-indulged brats I can barely type. Killing these magnificent animals for “sport” and then taking your picture with an elephant’s tail in one hand, a huge knife in the other and a triumphant smirk on your face is beyond revolting. Karma is a b**** and may she catch up with you both very, very soon!

  • African

You don’t know your goal as human on earth and missed totally the point of appreaciation and to look after the earth and animals. He needs to read chapter one in the Bible for sure…

  • pc-techservice

This was the response on twitter by Don Jr. ” I have no shame about the pics. I HUNT & EAT game … I’m a hunter, for that I make no apologies.” What a LIAR! Is he eating elephant meat or the Tail he cut off with his knife! Bullshit! What about the leopard he killed with his brother posing in picture? Are they eating leopard meat?
