Get excited Silver Lake – by CHLOE. is moving in.

Eatr announced that the NYC restaurant, that regularly sees line ups out the door, is going to open shop in the new Whole Foods 365 this May. Chloe Coscarelli and co-founder Samantha Wasser haven’t released a set menu yet, but plan on including a full dine-in experience, take out, and the option to eat in the communal dining area of Whole Foods. There’s even rumour that beer and wine will be available sides to their well-loved Guac Burger.

The grocery chain has already gotten tons of attention for the launch of their 365 budget branch opening. Rather than the ‘whole foods, whole paycheque model,’ this location focuses on their in-house 365 products, that will appeal to all budgets. Silver Lake shoppers aren’t thrilled, but this restaurant could help smoother over some naysayers (yes, it’s that good).

Whole Foods has been making headlines for their ‘Friends of 365’ partnerships, in which the brand welcomes non-food vendors to share their rent. With this restaurant, and a great selection of vegan groceries, they’re just a Moo Shoes away from being the vegan hipster mecca. Think they’ll accept writers for the Friends of 365 program, so I can move in?

by CHLOE. is already a pro at the hype game – they announced plans for their second NYC location to open only three months after their home base started slinging burgers, sandwiches, cold-pressed juices, ice cream, and freshly-baked sweets. A win on Cupcake Wars cemented Chloe’s vegan foods as a win with all eaters, even Michael Symon

Hey Silver Lake – hungry?

The outcry should go further than importation and should be directed at the fact that the animals in question were on their way to slaughter in the first place.
