What’s the only thing bigger than finding out one of your friends finally went vegan? The return of the Vegan Food & Drink Festival!

Entering our third festival season, we’re bringing our highly curated vegan comfort food and craft brews back to Chicago and Toronto for another round. We know, we can’t wait either! With over 18,000 guests served since 2015, we’re making space for thousands more this season. $10 Early bird tickets will be available on Thursday, March 9th at 10am EST.

That means a packed line-up of the comfort foods you crave from a variety of local and international vendors like Doomie’s, Doug McNish, Arlo’s, and more! Sky-high burgers, creamy bowls of mac n’ cheese, and epic brownie sundaes (like the one above) are only some of the items that are going to make this one feast you won’t soon forget. Paired with quality craft beer, wine and spirits at our fully-licensed events, and you’re in for one seriously delicious afternoon. Or two, when you join us in both cities!

Chicago, June 10th: Grant Park, Butler Field

Returning to Chicago’s historic “front yard” is the natural choice of our festival with it’s sprawling greenery framed by the skyscrapers of the central business district. We’re doubling capacity with over one hundred local and international vendors setting up shop for an anticipated 10,000 hungry guests. We’re even looking into getting a tent rental omaha company that would be able to increase our vendor list further. Hopefully, this will be our biggest year yet!

Toronto, August 19th: Fort York, Garrison Common

Third time’s a charm at Toronto’s picturesque Fort York grounds where you’ve helped us leave our vegan mark since 2015! We’re excited to bring back festival favourites and surprise you with new vendors from across North America. Bring an appetite and go for bragging rights on most vegan treats eaten.

Stay connected on our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for vendor sneak peeks and contests coming your way, too!

Month one of “the year of the vegan”

News outlets are abuzz with the promise of new vegan products, celebs, and services and how that is somehow a fresh affirmation that our world is one turn closer to being fully free from animal use.

What About: “No-Kill” Eggs?

The reason for these advancements is not a sense of justice – because that can only mean going vegan – but is primarily driven by economics.

Vegandale Brewery offers the ultimate vegan night out

This brewpub helps veganism shed its stay-home-and-eat-tofu stereotype.

Don’t blame vegans for the shame you feel about using animals

The shame Carly Lewis claims veganism casts over her is more likely the ghosts of moral uncertainty, spectres that are more likely fish than cows, wondering how morality can possibly be used as ammunition in favour of murder.
